Change Audio Output

1. Power on your Hisense TV and press the Home button.
2. Go to the Settings option and select Device Preferences.
3. Choose the Sound option and click on Reset to Default option.
4. Confirm the process by tapping the Yes button on the prompt screen.

Clear the Cache of the TV
