How to Reset Toshiba TV Remote
[1] Press the D-PAD left button, the back button, and the menu button at a time. Keep hold of these buttons for 2 minutes.

[2] Release the buttons when you see the remote light blinks multiple times. The light indicates that the remote has been unpaired from the TV.
[3] Now, remove the batteries from the remote.
[4] Press the Power button and keep hold of it for 30 seconds.
